Objective of Work Package : To support the core WPs, we will set up two horizontal Work Packages about exploitation & dissemination (WP5) and coordination & management (WP6). The coordination of research done in WP6 should keep the WPs in step with each other and keep the workplan relevant in relation to the state-of-the-art. The management should ensure compliance with EU guidelines with minimum burden for the researchers. The aim of WP5 is to maximize the impact of the project by actively disseminating its outcomes among future users of the generated tools.
Methodology : For dissemination, we use a mix of scientific and non-scientific outputs, different media (e.g., in person and online), open access to all data and models generated in the project, and the BAMBOO online tool. For coordination we use an efficient mix of classical methods and modern agile management; this will allow us reacting quicker to developments in the state-of-the-art, unforeseen problems, and new ideas, without burdening the researchers with overly intricate management tools. NTNU will manage the project and has experience with doing so. NTNU will also set up data sharing through a joint folder on the Zenodo open data repository (hosted by CERN and established through the European OpenAIRE project) within the Industrial Ecology and Sustainability Research community.
